FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I change my wedding package after booking one?
Yes, you can change your wedding package.
Upgrades can be made up to 3 months before the wedding date, subject to availability.
Downgrades are also allowed up to 3 months prior, but if requested within 6 months of the wedding date, a penalty will apply.
Can I invite guests who are not staying at the resort?
At least 80% of the guests must be staying at the resort. If you wish to invite external guests who are not staying, they will need to purchase a wedding pass and must be included on the guest list. Please confirm the details with your wedding coordinator.
When should I start the planning process?
Your wedding coordinator will contact you 3 months before the wedding date. Once you reserve your wedding date, we will provide you with a wedding planner form where you can start building your wedding vision. This will also help you review pricing and begin planning your budget.
Can I visit the hotel before the wedding to do the planning?
Yes, you can visit the hotel up to 6 months before the wedding for planning purposes, menu tastings, meetings with vendors, and to meet your wedding coordinator. We also offer a special rate for these visits, subject to availability.
How can I reserve my wedding date?
-Contact the weddings department in order to choose a date
-Evaluate all the wedding packages information, and decide what type of wedding you want, legal or symbolic. Decide also time and
locations for your ceremony, cocktail & dinner reception.
-Fill out the Wedding Reservation Form and guarantee your wedding date and time through a deposit.
The wedding department will then have accounting department email you a link invoice where you can process the deposit via credit
or debit card
-Wait for our confirmation letter 10 days after the deposit is received. Your wedding date, time and locations will be secured.
-An estimated budget will be provided based on the number of guests, package and additional services that you asked to be quoted.
How do I go about planning a rehearsal dinner?
There are many options when it comes to planning a rehearsal dinner. You can choose a private themed night such as a Taco Bar, BBQ Night, or Bonfire; opt for a cocktail party; or enjoy a semi-private dinner at one of our restaurants.
Depending on the wedding package selected, the rehearsal dinner may be included or available at an additional cost. In either case, it can be added to your celebration starting from the moment you book your wedding date.
How many days do we need to arrive prior to the ceremony?
For legal weddings, the wedding couple and witnesses must arrive at the resort at least 4 business days prior to the wedding day. For symbolic ceremonies, a minimum of 3 days prior to the wedding is required.
Is any type of lighting included in the package?
Lighting is not included in the standard wedding packages. If you’re planning an outdoor event, we recommend adding lighting to create the perfect atmosphere and ensure your celebration is beautifully lit once the sun sets. You may confirm available options and pricing directly with your wedding coordinator.
Is a sound system included in the package?
Eternal Love & Beyond Memorable includes a sound system for the ceremony.
What is your cancellation policy?
If the wedding is canceled more than 6 months prior to the scheduled date, no penalties will apply and the deposit will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made within 6 months of the wedding date will incur a penalty equal to 100% of the deposit.
